Skirt Steak Marinade
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil (olive oil works well, too)
1/4 cup Worcestshire sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
TIP: This is a tangy marinade which is perfect for broiled skirt steak, with just 3-4 hours steeped in this stirred mixture. With a bit more time, this marinade can also be used for creating a variety of tasty meat roasts ranging from pork tenderloin to poultry and other barbecue meats.
