Here is the glory of the neon night in New York's Time Square, circa 1980's, as captured on chrome.

What was neon and paper billboard has long since given way to LED screens and a pedestrian mall, and the Checker cabs are no more. But Times Square is still the heart of New York, awash in signs and energy and color.
