This image was captured back in the halcyon days of gum drops and street fairs, when Kodachrome was king. This cheery, delicious-looking image has been hanging on my family's kitchen wall for many years, and I've just now found the slide -- and scanned it into the 21st Century. Ta dah! Yes, it looks cheery on a kitchen wall but in the moment I was captured by the patterns and color and light.
